Our Five Year Sustainability and Safety & Well-Being Improvement Plans 2017-2022

27th June 2018

Introducing simple and clear metrics for each of the key health and safety focus areas.

In 2013, Lucion Services launched “Take Care, Be Aware!”, an initiative to drive Lucion’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability Culture to be the best standard it could possibly be.

As part of this initiative, we have introduced new five year plans for the improvement of our Sustainability and Safety & Well-Being of our employees, customers and contractors.

The new and improved plans are intended to disregard traditional, constraining and unattainable targets and replace them with more focused, tangible and participative one. The targets are simple and clear metrics for each of the key health and safety focus areas.

To us, the sustainability of the company is of utmost importance. We understand that by pursuing a more sustainable path, we are evolving into a more successful business, for our employees, customers and partners. Our promise is that Lucion Services will continue to invest, both our resources and time, into positively contributing to people and communities who invest in us.

As specialists in risk management, the safety and well-being of our employees, customers and partners, is a main priority. The core vision statements of Lucion centres on the delivery of trusted services to our clients. To do this effectively, it is essential that we have an unwavering commitment to Quality, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability culture.

This commitment is ultimately about reducing accident frequency, incident severity and providing support and improvement for all at Lucion.
